Out of respect for your therapist’s schedule and the time other patients could have booked, we require 24-hours notice to cancel your appointment without a charge. If you need to cancel your appointment, please email fixtphysiochiro@gmail.com. Please do so as soon as you know that you will be unable to attend your appointment. Note that appointments may also be cancelled and changed online at up until 24-hours before the scheduled time.

Please note that in the case of last minute illness or if you do not meet the COVID-19 screening criteria to attend your appointment in person, you will not be charged for a cancelled appointment if you show signs and symptoms of COVID-19.

All missed (no-show) appointments without cancellation will be charged the full fee of your appointment.
