lagree on the run

This is a 6-week physiotherapy program designed to build the core muscles needed to stabilize your body when running.

Your first week will include an assessment of your running endurance and gait pattern. After a warm-up, you will switch between doing run programming on a Woodway Curve treadmill (self-propelled) and core programming on a Lagree megaformer. Each week will have a progressive focus for building running endurance, core and leg strength.

The goal will always be on activating the muscle groups which are key to avoid injury from running.
